The Pearson Unit is a 150-acre lease that is owned by Guardian Energy Operating Co., LLC and held by production from the Pearson 1RE well originally drilled in 1995.  The well was originally drilled as a Woodbine well and was later recompleted in the Woodbine by Evolution Petroleum in 2009.

We believe this prospect once fully developed could receive significant interest as it can be positioned as a “turn-key”, multi-well horizontal opportunity with complete production facilities and infrastructure in place.

2022/2023 development plan: 

1. Acidize existing perforations to increase production and cash flow.

2. Expand lease position.

3. Evaluate additional subsurface and 3-D seismic data.

4. Seek partners to drill horizontal well from Pearson 1RE wellbore.

TBG has a 50.0% working interest in the Pearson Unit.
