Oberlin Lease and Moon Lease, Ore City, Upshur Co, TX
The Oberlin (~50 acre) and Moon (~70 acre) leases are located approximately 3.5 miles apart.
The Oberlin 2 well has excellent and complete in-place equipment and pipeline infrastructure.
TBG will initiate a program to put the well back on production in October/November 2022 with the Moon Well 1 to be put back on production immediately after the Oberlin 2 well work is complete.
Both wells feature proven re-completion potential in the Cotton Valley and Travis Peak formations.

TBG has a 50.0% working interest in both wells.
Lightly used, Lufkin Industries beam pumping unit in excellent condition.
A complete processing unit for gas and NGLs is in good condition and with some light clean-up, mowing, weed-eating this property is ready to produce.
